1. Scope
These terms of service apply to all orders placed through naelvo.com with naelvo, Laurin Sulejmani, Kesslerstrasse 9, 8952 Schlieren, Switzerland ("naelvo" or "we").
2. Service
naelvo sets up a Shopify store for you according to your wishes. The scope depends on the package you choose (Starter, Business or Premium) and the description on the respective package page at the time of your order. Services that are not listed there are not part of the package and can be agreed separately.
3. Conclusion of contract
The offers in the store are non-binding. By completing your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as you receive the order confirmation by email.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Payment is made in advance using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Third-party costs are not included in the package price, in particular Shopify's subscription fees, domains, paid themes and apps, and payment provider fees. You bear these costs yourself.
5. Your cooperation
To set up your store, we need the necessary information and content from you (for example the description of your idea, logo, images, texts, product data) and the required access to your store. You confirm that you hold the rights to all content you provide to us. Delays caused by missing information extend the delivery time accordingly.
6. Delivery and handover
The service is provided exclusively digitally. Nothing is shipped physically. All communication and the handover take place by email, using the address you entered when ordering. We deliver your finished store by email within 12 hours of your order, provided we have received the information we need from you.
7. Revisions
The number of rounds of revisions included depends on the package you choose. Further changes can be charged separately by agreement.
8. No cancellation, no returns, no refunds
All sales are final. Because every store is built individually and we begin working immediately after your order, orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. The details are set out under Refunds and cancellations, which is part of these terms.
9. Liability
We set up your store with care, but we cannot guarantee any particular revenue or business success. You are responsible for the content you provide, for running your store after the handover and for complying with the legal requirements that apply to your store. Our liability is limited, as far as the law permits, to the package price you paid. We are not liable for disruptions and outages at third-party providers such as Shopify.
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as the law permits, the registered seat of naelvo.
