No cancellations
Every store is built individually for you, and we start working on it immediately after your order so that it can be delivered within 12 hours. For this reason, an order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed.
No returns and no refunds
Our packages are a custom digital service made to your specifications. They cannot be returned, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Right of withdrawal
By placing your order, you expressly request that we begin the service immediately. You acknowledge that the service is made to your personal specifications and that any right of withdrawal you may have ends once the service has been fully performed.
If something is not right
If something in your store does not work or is missing from what your package includes, write to us and we will fix it. If we are unable to deliver the service you ordered, you receive a full refund.
