- Contact details: your name and email address and any other details you enter at checkout or in the contact form.
- Order details: the package you choose, your answers to the questions on the package page and the history of your order.
- Payment details: payments are processed by the payment providers integrated in the checkout. We do not receive full card details.
- Content for your store: texts, images, logos and access details that you give us so we can set up your store.
- Technical data: for example IP address, device, browser and the date and time of access.

- to process your order and set up your store
- to communicate with you and answer your questions
- to run the website securely and reliably
- to meet legal obligations, for example in bookkeeping
4. Sharing with third parties
Our website is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes your data to provide the store and the checkout. You can find out more in Shopify's privacy policy. Payment details go to the respective payment provider. Beyond that, we only share your data if it is necessary to process your order or if we are legally required to. We do not sell personal data.
5. Transfers abroad
Shopify and other service providers may also process data outside Switzerland, including in the EU, Canada and the USA. If a country does not offer an adequate level of data protection, the transfer is based on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies
The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, for example for the cart and the checkout. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time. Some functions of the website may then no longer be available.
7. Retention
We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes described or as long as legal retention obligations require.

You can request information about your data, have it corrected or deleted, and request that it be handed over or transferred, as far as the law provides.
