How does ordering work?
You choose a package, answer a few questions about your store on the package page and pay. After that you receive an email with the next steps.
Which package is right for me?
Starter is the simple start with up to 5 products. Business is the right choice if you want extra pages, a menu, categories and up to 15 products. Premium is the all-round package with a fully custom design and up to 50 products including product texts. You can find all details under Packages.
How do I pay?
At checkout, using the payment methods offered there. Nothing is shipped, so we do not need a delivery address.
Will I receive anything by post?
No. Our packages are a digital service. Everything is handled by email, so there is no shipping and there are no shipping costs.

What do I need to get started?
An idea is enough. If you already have a logo, images or texts, you can send them by email after your order.
Are Shopify's fees included in the price?
No. Shopify's subscription fees and the costs for a domain, paid themes or apps are not included in the package price.
How long does it take?
12 hours at most. Your finished store is delivered by email within 12 hours of your order.
Can I request changes?
Yes. The Business package includes 1 round of revisions, the Premium package includes 3.
After your order
Can I cancel my order or get a refund?
No. We start working on your store immediately after your order, so all sales are final: no cancellations, no returns and no refunds. The details are under Refunds and cancellations.
